Discovery session
This is a free 15 minute online zoom call. You will meet Anna, discuss the somatic stress release process, what you can achieve and if it’s for you.

A 75 minute in person or online session.
The session is a supportive exploration of the your challenges, allowing the expression and release of stress and trauma. Anna draws on her skills as a somatic stress release practitioner, yoga and meditation teacher and coach to tailor each session to the your needs.

The Pack - 3 sessions
1 x 90minute session and 2 x 60minute sessions.
Each session will guide you through a supportive exploration of your challenges, allowing the expression and release of stress and trauma. Consecutive sessions will allow you to address and shift some of the deeper stress and trauma within your body. Anna draws on her skills as a somatic stress release practitioner, yoga and meditation teacher and coach to tailor each session to your needs.
